It's this time of year I think about my dad the most. Father's Day will be here in a couple weeks and his birthday will be here July 9. I haven't always had a good relationship with my dad. It seemed to improve as he got older. I'm talking WAY older. He's one of 8 kids and he's the only one left. Being the youngest has something to do with it, but his older sister just passed away and she was in her 90s. All the rest passed over several years.
That's me on the left. No, no, not the pretty young girl; the older one standing next to her. My husband, Mike is standing beside me. On the right side of the photo is my brother with his wife. The other two are my niece and nephew. I love my family. God gave them to me for a reason and I treasure them dearly.

Last week I started with simple easel cards and today I wanted to take it a step further.
