Have
you ever wondered: How can I meet my quarterly sales minimum by sharing
Stampin’ Up! with others? After all, the quarterly sales minimum was never
intended to be a personal-purchase requirement.
In
our new section in Stampin’ University, we have outlined a path for you that
will lead to meeting the sales minimum outside of personal purchases. We’ll
also be offering some webinars early in the new year for you to explore this
path and how you can make it uniquely yours! Dates and times will be shared
through Weekly Updates, so check back to stay informed.

My latest design is for a swap between demonstrators. For this card I used Stamp Sets: Sending Support from the new January 5 - February 28 SALE-a-bration catalog and Nature's Prints available now. You can earn the SAB item(s) in the catalog by placing an order of $50 or more before tax and shipping from any of our current catalogs on the right. A link to the products I used are forthcoming, but you can see all of the products now on my Demonstrator Website.
It’s Friday!
This week I pulled out my slimline envelopes (pg 137 AC 22-23) and decided to try the cards. Wow, the first card I created with the basket of apples was easy to create. My creative juices were flowing. The patterned (black, Cajun Craze, & Mossy Meadow) butterflies were punched from a retired punch. I keep all of my punches because I like to make punch art. Sometimes I will purchase a punch without the stamp set to make punch art. I’ll try to post some punch art soon. I used Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper (DSP), Cheerful Basket, and Biggest Wish stamp sets. I will provide a link to the products I used below.
My slimline portrait card was fun to create. I used the DSP,
cut it at 5-1/4”, and flipped the bottom over. I added Natural Finish Ribbon and
adhered the two pieces together to cover the seam. I used the Hello Harvest
stamp set.
For this next card, I used DSP for the front and the Celebrate
Sunflowers stamp set to emboss the greeting. It’s a straightforward card; below the first image is a photo of the inside. I used Hello Harvest and Framed Florets stamp sets,
and “Inspired by you” was taken from the Cheerful Basket stamp set.
Last and certainly not least is my second favorite slimline card. As with all cards in this post, I used Rustic Harvest DSP, and then I used Cheerful Basket and Framed Florets stamp sets for the images and greeting. A link to the supplies is listed below.

Hello, and thank you for stopping by.
These cards were created for my grandson's birthdays. Their birthdays are a few weeks apart so we celebrated the three and five year old together. I've had the Dino Days Stamp set and coordinating dies since they were released in the AC 2020-2021. They were in a stack of stamp sets and dies I was getting ready to sell, but when my daughter decided to do a dinosaur themed party I had to pull it out from my retired stamp sets.
I used the stair-step/technique or fun fold which was perfect for this stamp set. I love the bright colors I chose for the dinosaurs. Aren't they fun?
I had difficulty keeping the three steps to stand up straight, and the weight of the smaller Tyrannosaurus Rex was a bit too much for the second step. I ultimately used a Stampin' Dimensional in the valleys of the steps that hold the folds and prevent them from opening up all the way. Sometimes when I'm working with stair step folds, they get weak while I'm putting the card together. The Stampin' Dimensional is the perfect solution.
Hey everyone! Check out this card I made last night! I used the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set (pg 35 AC 22-23) and coordinating dies (pg 175 AC 22-23).
I fell in love with this stamp set and dies since it first
appeared in the June 3, 2020 – May 3, 2021, Annual Catalog (AC).
I created this card using Gold and Rose Gold 6” x 6”
Metallic Specialty Paper and Ever Eden 12” x 12” Specialty Designer Series
Paper (DSP), which is on the clearance rack for $6, down from $15! I hope you like it.
Today I created four new cards using the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set, the Splendid Stems Dies and coordinating Splendid Day Designer Series Paper (DSP) (pg 64-65 2022-2023 AC). I've added a few layers to add interest. It's an easy way to help them stand out. I like to use embellishments and ribbon, too... when I remember. 😐
I drew my inspiration from a fellow demonstrator Gail Ellis. For thee card on the left I cut the Fresh Freesia into three 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" squares and adhered them to the 5" x 1-3/4" DSP.![]() |

the process and provides a link to their video on YouTube. The stamp set had more stamps than the instructions required, so I showed her how to use a sponge on the negative cut-outs to create more cards. She’ll have lots of fun passing out the treat boxes to her classmates and teachers.

If you don't have a block to adhere the stamps to, think about getting one block that can do most of the work, something like Block D (118425 pg 149 AC), but if you want to get all the blocks, you can purchase them also on the same page in the AC)
