Instructions:
  1. Start out with Misty Moonlight Cardstock (CS) 8 1/2" x 5 1/4", scored at 4 1/4" and folded on the score line.

  2. Layer on a piece of 5 1/4" x 4" Basic White cs with Liquid Glue.

  3. Layer on 4 7/8" x 3 7/8" 2020-2022 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP) with adhesive.

  4. Stamp image on 2 1/2" x 3 3/4" Basic White CS.
Color it in using Stampin' Blends.

  5. Use 3" x 4 1/4" tissue paper, the type you wrap gifts in, and crumple it up into a little ball.
Then open it and spread it out a little, but don't spread out the wrinkles.

  6. If you have a glue stick use it for this next step. If you don't have a glue stick, follow these instructions.
Use a silicone craft sheet and put a lot of liquid glue in one spot. Use half of a Stampin' Sponge and spread the glue around until it's almost clear.
Use the sponge to spread the liquid glue all over the FRONT of the basic white CS covering the image and everywhere including the edges and corners.

  7. Lay the crinkled tissue paper over the front, but don't press out all the wrinkles. The tissue paper should be a little large if you followed my instructions.

  8. Trim off the excess or fold the tissue paper to the back and adhere it on the underside.

  9. Adhere the layer to a 2 3/4" x 4" Terracotta Tile CS with Stampin' Dimensionals.

  10. Use a 10" piece of Misty Moonlight 1/4" ribbon to wrap around the two layers and tie it in the front.

  11. Adhere the two layers with the ribbon onto the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

  12. Stamp "thank you" using the Art Gallery stamp set and cut it out using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

  13. Adhere sentiment using mini glue dot below the ribbon.

  14. Add Misty Moonlight Enamel Dots
